Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.
During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!
Shipping Options and Delivery Times
We currently ship to France and Europe
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
France: 2-5 business days.
Europe: 5-10 business days.

Order Changes and Cancellation
We can’t accommodate order changes after submission. To cancel, please email cheriechouchoufr@yahoo.com right away with your order number and name. Unfortunately, cancellations aren’t possible once processing begins.
Shipping Address Information

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we’re unable to modify or redirect it.
Incomplete Addresses:
